    Can children stay at Rosedon?

    While we love families, Rosedon is an adults-only hotel. We welcome guests aged 18 and over for a peaceful, grown-up getaway.

    How close is Rosedon to the heart of downtown Hamilton?

    We are only a 5 minute walk to international and local businesses, banks, shops, restaurants and public transportation including ferries, buses and mopeds.

    How far is the beach from the hotel?

    Bermuda’s famous Pink Sand beaches are located on the south shore and are only a 10 minute ride from the hotel.

    Do you have in-room dining?

    Huckleberry, our in-house restaurant, serves a continental breakfast buffet in the historic main house 7:00am – 10:00 am Monday thru Friday and 8am – 10am on weekends. Huckleberry also offers in-room dining menus for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

    Is breakfast included in the rate?

    Book direct with the hotel and receive the lowest rate on the internet. Continental Breakfast is included in your rate and includes coffee and tea service.

    Are you able to help me make arrangements for touring or dining, etc?

    Our front desk team would be more than happy to help you book adventure experiences on land or ocean, history and art tours or restaurant reservations.

    Do you have a Fitness center on property?

    We’ve partnered with Waterfront Wellness, a state of the art fitness facility located directly across from Rosedon’s main entrance. Guests have access to the gym, fitness classes, and full wellness amenities including dry sauna and shower facilities.

    Gym keys are available at reception for guests who wish to use the facility.
    As we have a limited number of keys, we kindly ask that they are returned promptly after use for the convenience of other guests.

    Do you host private events?

    Yes. Rosedon has a multitude of event spaces, please see HERE for more information. Alternatively you can contact the hotel or submit a request by clicking HERE

    Do you offer taxi service from the airport?

    Taxis are available when you arrive at the airport in Bermuda. Travel time to the Rosedon is 20 minutes and the cost is approximately $40 + tip. We are happy to pre-arrange a taxi or private limo to collect or deliver you. Prices vary depending on the number of people in your party and the level of service requested.

    What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check in time is 3pm. Check out is 11am.

    Do you allow pets on property?

    Sorry no pets are allowed.

    Do you allow smoking on property?

    Rosedon’s hotel rooms are all designated as non smoking. There are designated areas where smoking is permitted and we ask that for the enjoyment of all of our guests that smokers comply with our smoking policy.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies vary by rate package, please note some specials have unique cancellation policies and, or deposit requirements.

    In the event that travel plans are disrupted due to a cancelled flight, we’re here to help make things as seamless as possible.

    Kindly provide proof of the flight cancellation to our team at reception@rosedon.bm within 24 hours of the cancellation. Upon receipt, a flat fee of $250 will be applied to the reservation, and the remaining deposit will be refunded.

    When you’re ready to rebook your stay with us, you’ll enjoy a complimentary room upgrade, subject to availability. Just reference the cancelled reservation when re-booking and we’ll take care of the rest.

    Alternatively, should you prefer to keep your deposit on file for a future visit, we’ll gladly include complimentary airport transportation as an added benefit.
