An elevated take on a classic island tradition, our Poolside BBQ returns from 6–9 pm starting April 17th—bringing bold flavours, lively rhythms, and a vibrant atmosphere to Rosedon’s lush tropical setting.
Feast on flame-grilled specialities, from succulent meats to fresh-off-the-grill seafood, all infused with smoky, island-inspired flavours. Sip expertly crafted cocktails as the rhythmic sounds of live Steel Pan drums set the scene for a fun, laid-back evening under the stars.
